LinHR's client specializes in distributing high quality laminate flooring and related products. In 2014, they opened their first wholesale Centre in Toronto, Canada. Their products were broadly accepted and promoted in the market because of its great cost-performance. They gradually opened 8 more wholesale centers across Canada. They ensure their products can be picked up by clients all over Canada in a convenient distance. Title: Sales Representative

Compensation: base salary from 70,000 to 100,000 CAD + Sales Bonus + Competitive Benefits including health insurance, mileage and travel reimbursements

Location: Winnipeg or Vancouver or Montreal

Responsibilities
  • Build and nurture relationships with both new and existing customers.
  • Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations for potential clients.
  • Analyze market trends and develop effective strategies to capitalize on opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.
  • Manage key accounts to ensure long-term customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales deals successfully.
  • Participate in trade shows, training sessions, and relevant product meetings as necessary.
Requirements
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably within a similar industry or role.
  • Strong ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in account management is preferred.
  • Technical sales experience is a plus.
  • Occasional travel to meet clients and attend trade shows is required.
