Job summary

An independent Investment Fund Manager in Toronto is seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator. In this full-time role, you'll work closely with the Sales Operations and Portfolio Strategy teams, managing projects, providing marketing support, and enhancing internal communication. The ideal candidate has a college diploma or degree, strong organizational skills, and is fluent in French. This position is office-based and requires attention to detail and a high level of adaptability to ensure seamless operations within the team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage projects to support the sales team.
  • Provide marketing support and execute tasks including presentation updates.
  • Manage and execute translation processes.
  • Handle CRM and database management.
  • Generate and communicate internal reports to the sales team.
  • Support client requests to Portfolio Strategy team.
  • Collaborate with compliance team for material approvals.

Lysander Funds is an independent Investment Fund Manager with head office in Toronto and regional offices in Montréal and Vancouver. We offer investment products to investment and mutual fund advisors and their clients with the aim of helping investors reach their long-term financial goals. The Sales Operations Coordinator will work closely with the Lysander Sales Operations and Portfolio Strategy teams at head office to help with research, marketing, operational tasks and project management. The Sales Operations Coordinator will work successfully in a team environment and build effective and collaborative working relationships across business units.

This role reports to the Vice President, Sales Operations.

This is a full-time role working from the Toronto office of Lysander Funds.

Responsibilities
  • Management of projects to support the sales team
  • Marketing support and task execution including presentation updates
  • Translation process management and execution
  • CRM and database management
  • Generation and communication of internal reports to sales team
  • Support client requests to Portfolio Strategy team
  • Collaboration with compliance team to approve materials
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, advanced Excel skills an asset
