We are looking for a Personal Insurance Advisor to join BrokerLink in our North Bay office on a Permanent (FT) basis.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Sell new policies and retain existing clients
  • Quote and process new business, handle walk-in clients
  • Coordinate with Underwriters and Adjusters
  • Prepare documentation, issue certificates, process changes, review renewals
  • Stay updated on underwriting rules and workflows
  • Participate in training and community marketing initiatives
  • Manage accounts receivable activities
  • Provide guidance as needed

Candidate Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education
  • Relevant sales and customer service experience
  • Insurance sales experience is an asset
  • Ability to generate sales leads
  • Strong customer focus
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • RIBO license is an asset
