Now, we’re looking for a Sales and Marketing Manager to join us as we continue to grow and innovate.

What You’ll Do:

In this leadership role, you will oversee Axon’s sales and marketing initiatives by setting strategic direction, developing integrated campaigns, and guiding cross-functional teams to achieve growth targets. You will beạp responsible for ensuring consistent brand representation, data-driven decision‑making, and high‑level client communication across all channels.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assess product and service characteristics to identify marketing and advertising needs
  • Develop and implement strategies and content for direct and digital marketing campaigns
  • Support client relations and contribute to overall client service
  • Respond to written and verbal client inquiries, ensuring timely communication with clients and stakeholders
  • Manage and update the company website to ensure information is accurate and current
  • Maintain and manage the digital product database to ensure consistency across departments
  • Conduct post‑campaign analysis and report on key marketing and punkt advertising metrics
  • Develop and maintain social media accounts, including managing client inquiries received through digital platforms
  • Prepare written reports, briefs, and website content
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required

  • Experience planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating SEO, online advertising, and social media strategies
  • Ability to forecast sales trends, set targets, and track performance against key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain positive relationships with client stakeholders and vendors
  • Advanced problem‑solving abilities to resolve challenges and assess marketing performance
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
