Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Sales & Receptionist to join our team. This front-line position plays a key role in providing outstanding customer service while supporting our sales team with fireplace and HVAC product inquiries.

Experience in sales or the HVAC industry is an asset, but we’re willing to train the right person who brings a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist walk-in customers in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer phone calls and respond to email inquiries
  • Provide information about fireplaces, HVAC products, and services
  • Support the sales team by preparing quotes, processing orders, and scheduling appointments
  • Maintain an organized and welcoming showroom and reception area
  • Handle general administrative duties (filing, data entry, etc.)

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or reception is an asset
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems or fireplace products is a plus, but not required
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Comfortable using basic computer programs (email, POS systems, scheduling software)
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
