We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Retail Store Manager to lead our store operations and drive business growth. About the Role: As Store Manager, you'll oversee daily operations while developing and inspiring a high-performing team in a fast-paced retail environment.

  • Sales & Performance Management: Drive sales targets through effective team leadership and strategic planning
  • Sales & Performance Management: Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities
  • Sales & Performance Management: Implement and monitor KPIs to ensure store productivity
  • Sales & Performance Management: Lead by example in delivering exceptional sales performance
  • Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, train, and develop store staff
  • Team Leadership & Development: Create succession plans to develop future leaders
  • Team Leadership & Development: Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching
  • Team Leadership & Development: Build and maintain a passionate, customer-focused team
  • Operations & Merchandising: Ensure optimal inventory management and stock control
