Role Summary

The Retail Sales Manager is responsible for retail sales, management of sales team, in store marketing at the London Retail Store.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement local store marketing programs to promote retail and brew pub sales
  • Manage the retail space at the London Retail Store and a team of part-time retail employees
  • Lead sampling and beer education programs for customers and tour groups
  • Manage the retail store merchandise and beer inventory, re-ordering based on aligned safety stock
  • Organize and lead brewery tours
  • Assist the Brewing team with small tasks in the brewery when required
  • Run daily bank deposits and cash flow reconciliation
  • Create purchase orders and ensure payment to all vendors using COUPA (spend management software – training will be provided)
  • Reconcile inventory at month end, POS data to actual sales every month
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree (Business / Commerce major is preferred)
  • Previous hospitality, sales, marketing or retail experience
  • Must be able withstand physically demanding tasks (lifting kegs, bottles, and grain bags)
  • Must be well organized, able to multitask
  • Must be able to work independently
  • Must be comfortable with public speaking and presenting to groups
  • Experience in the beer industry would be an asset
