Qualifications

  • Ability to oversee customer service leadership and training.
  • Experience in maintaining high retention by developing leaders.
  • Competency in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
  • Familiarity with cash handling and promoting loyalty programs.
  • Ability to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft products (Word, Excel).
  • Valid Driver’s License and insurance during employment.
  • Physical ability to multi-task and occasionally lift 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership, training, and coaching for all store employees.
  • Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
  • Ensure the store is presentable and all products are stocked.
