Qualifications

• Completion of an Architectural Technology diploma from an accredited post-secondary institution.
• 0-3 years’ experience in single family residential construction drafting is preferred.
• A valid class five (5) driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Create and alter work production drawings for single family homes.
• Prepare computer-assisted design (CAD) drawings.
• Collaborate with suppliers and engineers to obtain necessary documentation.

Ability to read and understand architectural drawings

Knowledge of the Alberta Building Code
