Resident Attendant – Part Time

Days, evenings and nights available. Are you passionate about working with seniors? If you have excellent customer service and communication skills and are interested in on‑job training for required skills and educational reimbursement, we invite you to join our team as a Resident Attendant.

Responsibilities

As a Resident Attendant, you will assist with the care needs of residents, including personal care, general housekeeping, and meal service. You will observe and report changes in residents’ physical, social, and emotional conditions, and maintain records and documentation. You will work cooperatively with other departments to support lodge operations and improve residents’ well‑being.

Qualifications
  • Experience with seniors, hospitality or recreation is an asset
  • Good communication skills
  • Active interest in ongoing education
  • Computer literate preferred
  • Current CPR & First Aid certification
  • Preference for applicants with UCP training; training will be provided if not yet obtained
