What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Provide comprehensive in-service support for the MWAV (Minor Warships and Auxiliary Vessels) focusing on reliability and availability
  • Configure and optimize Isherwoods software for failure reporting and corrective action processes
  • Analyze reliability data to identify trends and opportunities for system improvements
  • Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to implement corrective and preventive actionsDevelop and maintain documentation related to MWAV and Isherwoods
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor of Engineering Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Naval Architecture, or relevant field
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a marine or related environment
  • Minimum of 5 years experience developing or executing a FRACAS program
  • Proficiency in English (essential)
  • Eligible for access to controlled goods and security clearance
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Postgraduate or technical qualifications in Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM)
  • Previous experience with a defense contract
  • Project management experience
  • Ability to communicate in French
