Job description

Position Summary

Do you have a passion for nursing? We are seeking a motivated Registered Nurse dedicated to delivering compassionate patient care to join Wrinch Memorial Hospital.

Responsibilities include practicing nursing in accordance with BCCNM Standards of Practice, providing patient care using Nursing Process and Knowledge, collaborating with health team members, adhering to the Nursing Code of Ethics, maintaining competency, and guiding team members in the Charge Nurse role.

Shift Rotation/Hours of Work: Days, Nights, 07:00 to 19:00, 19:00 to 07:00 (Rotating)

Wrinch Memorial Hospital serves a population of 8,000 with various beds, clinics, and services, including complex care, acute care, pharmacy, dental, laboratory, outpatient clinics, psychiatric observation, and medical imaging.

Additional community services include Public Health, First Nation's Health Authority, Mental Health and Addictions, and others, supporting the diverse needs of the region.

The communities in the Upper Skeena, known as The Hazeltons, are on unceded traditional Gitxsan land, rich in natural beauty and cultural history.
