In partnership with the Government of Prince Edward Island, Medavie Health Services operates PEI's Mobile Mental Health Service that provides a community-focused response to Islanders experiencing mental health concerns. These services are offered both over the phone and in person visits.

As part of the Mobile Mental Health Team, operated by Medavie Health Services, this position responds to individuals in crisis requiring de-escalation, mental health and risk assessments, and coordination of care and supports in the community. The Registered Nurse works collaboratively with other interdisciplinary service providers such as, but not limited to, Community Mental Health and Addictions, Primary Care, Psychiatry, EMS, justice, victims' services, child and family services, and police services.
