A recruitment agency in Winnipeg is seeking a sales representative to manage and grow a defined territory. You will develop strategic account plans, train in-store teams, and represent the brand at events. The ideal candidate has over 3 years of B2B sales experience and excellent communication skills. This role offers a competitive compensation package, including commission and a car allowance.
Manage and grow a defined territory of retail and distribution partners
Develop account plans that maximize revenue, margin, and in-store presence
Launch new products and promotional initiatives with retail partners
Monitor inventory, performance metrics, and retail execution standards
Identify market trends and provide strategic feedback to the national sales team
Train in-store teams on product knowledge and brand standards
Represent the brand at trade shows and regional retail events
3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in general merchandise, consumer goods, or premium retail
Proven track record of territory growth, relationship management, and meeting/exceeding targets
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
Ability to travel within the territory (approx. 20%)
Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills
Experience with retail analytics and CRM tools considered an asset
