This Recruiting Manager will lead a Sourcing team that proactively identify, engage, and hires candidates utilizing our client’s brand. Building and nurturing a talent community of qualified engaged talent that can quickly fill open roles in a BPO program is the key responsibility of this role Recruiting Manager. This approach helps organizations reduce recruitment costs, improve candidate quality, and enhance their employer brand.

Our Recruiting Manager is accountable for:

  • Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of Recruiters to support successful hiring initiatives.
  • Overseeing recruitment processes, ensuring a robust candidate pipeline and streamlined process efficiency.
  • Aligning recruitment strategies with business objectives, leveraging labor market insights and industry trends.
  • Developing and implementing innovative workforce solutions in alignment with client goals.
  • Monitoring recruitment performance, ensuring compliance with KPIs and service level agreements.

Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experiences:

  • 7+ years of experience in staffing or recruiting
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
