Join Flair’s Maintenance team as a Records and Planning Technician, where precision, organization, and regulatory knowledge are essential to supporting safe and efficient aircraft operations. Reporting to the Maintenance Planning Supervisor, you will be responsible for maintaining aircraft records, coordinating scheduled maintenance for aircraft, engines, and components, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements through advanced maintenance tracking systems. In this role, you’ll play a key part in keeping our fleet airworthy and compliant while supporting the day‑to‑day planning of maintenance activities. The position requires a high level of accuracy, independence, and the ability to manage physical tasks when needed. Some travel and shift work, including evenings or weekends, may be required depending on operational needs.
This position is based on‑site at our Calgary, AB office.
