Position Overview

The Project Quality Manager will oversee the quality assurance processes for internal and client-facing projects. This role is essential for maintaining our commitment to excellence, ensuring that all deliverables meet compliance standards, project requirements, and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance standards for ongoing projects
  • Monitor project workflows to ensure deliverables meet internal and client requirements
  • Conduct regular quality checks and audits to identify areas for improvement
  • Work closely with project managers, analysts, and service teams to resolve quality issues
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and industry best practices
  • Document quality processes, findings, and corrective action plans
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across departments
  • Prepare internal reports on quality metrics and project performance
  • Assist clients and internal teams with quality-related questions or clarifications
Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Project Management, Quality Assurance, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in a quality assurance, project management, or operations role (experience in financial services is a strong asset)

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities
