What You'll Do
  • Take ownership of projects from initial bid through to final delivery
  • Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for labor, materials and equipment
  • Lead tender submissions and manage post-tender communications
  • Develop and manage construction schedules, contracts and progress reports
  • Oversee daily operations ensuring alignment with project goals and specifications
  • Collaborate with clients, vendors and internal teams to drive project success
  • Negotiate revisions, manage subcontractors and monitor job site performance
  • Handle job cost forecasting, billing and financial reporting
  • Maintain detailed project documentation and records
  • Act as a key client liaison and support business development initiatives
  • Mentor junior staff and champion a strong Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) culture
What You Bring
  • Degree in Engineering or a related field (EIT designation preferred)
  • 5 years of project management and estimating experience
  • Strong knowledge of cost control, scheduling and contract documentation
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Microsoft Office and construction documentation
  • Excellent communication skills and a valid driver’s license
  • Familiarity with pipe fittings and flange standards is a plus
