Reporting directly to the Director of Business Transformation, the successful candidate will own the execution of a key strategic portfolio in Central Pharmacy Services through its pilot phases and beyond.
Working with the Director of Customer Success & Innovation who provides overall portfolio leadership, this role will be responsible for day-to-day execution across the portfolio, ensuring deliverables are met, stakeholders are aligned, and projects delivered on‑time, on‑budget, and on‑plan. This role owns the business side of a technically complex portfolio involving significant tool development across multiple solutions. They will partner closely with IT project managers, technical teams, retail pharmacies, and operational stakeholders while maintaining accountability for business readiness and successful adoption. The successful candidate will be a self‑directed professional who drives the portfolio forward, identifying and resolving issues and risks, and maintaining momentum across multiple concurrent initiatives. They will communicate status updates and priorities to senior leadership and project resources through succinct updates, and using strong project management skills and business acumen, will coordinate with cross‑functional teams in support of the organization’s strategic goals. The successful candidate should have extensive experience managing and launching large‑scale projects, and be comfortable with business case analysis, business process documentation, requirements gathering, and project management.
