Overview

This role will focus on governance and administration within the margining space, ensuring projects are executed efficiently and in compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Establishing governance frameworks and maintaining governance artifacts
• Managing risks, documentation, and reporting
• Gathering and investigating business requirements from stakeholders
• Overseeing resource allocation and ensuring regulatory compliance
• Supporting system integration and tracking performance using metrics and KPIs

Promoting continuous improvement through best practices and lessons learned

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years as a Project Manager with BA experience
• Financial industry background, specifically within Capital Markets
• Experience with Clarity systems
• Experience with Jira
• Experience with SharePoint and MS Project
• Counterparty Credit Risk experience
• Strong Business Analysis capabilities, including gathering and investigating requirements
• Familiarity with governance artifacts and documentation
