Job description

The Program Manager/Automotive Division leads our cross-functional and international project teams to ensure the project targets for the assigned projects. Furthermore, the PM manages synergies and dependencies of projects and changes that belong to the same program.

Responsibilities
  1. Lead the interdisciplinary project team, ensure good collaboration and the focus on the project targets
  2. Create, communicate and update project planning (milestones, deliverables, cost). Track and communicate status of projects (progress, risks, issues, impacts, profitability)
  3. Start, support and follow up escalations in case that project targets get in danger. Drive solutions and decisions to ensure success of the program.
  4. Ensure that we follow the APQP and customer specific processes within our programs. Be key contact for our customer during the Program.
  5. Manage Engineering Changes and VAVEs in collaboration with the Launch Manager.
  6. Leading a Safety-first approach maintaining a zero accident culture. Ensure and monitor work, accident prevention and safe working environment across the business.
  7. Fulfill assigned primary, secondary and/or tertiary deputy/back-up roles as assigned and required on occasion by the business

Educational requirements, Certifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or other equivalent

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of job experience in an industrial environment

• 3-5 years of project experience
