Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Program Director or Assistant Program Director, preferably with a successful track record in the Country format.
  • A deep and authentic passion for Country music, with an encyclopedic knowledge of the genre from its roots to today.
  • Demonstrated success in coaching and developing both veteran and emerging on-air talent.
  • Proficiency with music scheduling software (i.e. MusicMaster) and broadcast automation systems.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • You thrive in an environment of collaboration, ideas and action.
  • A community-minded individual who understands the unique character and needs of the Edmonton and central Alberta audience.
