About the Role

Are you looking to get your hands on deck of a growing team and company? We are looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and forward-thinking Production Worker to join our team. Our Production Worker is a great entry position into the world of manufacturing, with lots of room for growth. We are hiring at our Mitchell Island location at 11300 Twigg Place on a variety of shifts: Monday-Friday, 3:30pm-12:00am; Saturday-Monday, 1:00PM-1:30AM (36 hours paid as 40 hours, bonus of 4 hours) and a 4 day weekend.

Core Responsibilities

• Ensure that materials are labeled correctly and accurately
• Restack finished and stripped product as required
• Support 5S, Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
• Help monitor production waste, work as part of a team to find root causes for defects and follow best practices to improve quality
• Ensure the production area is kept clean and orderly at all times
• Perform other manufacturing projects/duties as requested by the production supervisor
