Planning Supervisor - Electro-Mechanical Manufacturing - Burlington, MA | $90-110K + Bonus

Our client, a leading manufacturer of complex electro-mechanical systems seeks an experienced Planning Supervisor to lead production planning for multi-layered assembly operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead small team of buyer-planners in fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Develop Master Production Schedule balancing customer demand, inventory, and capacity constraints
  • Manage complex multi-level BOMs with hundreds of components across multiple assembly layers
  • Drive S&OP processes including weekly, monthly, and quarterly planning cycles
  • Support New Product Introduction planning for build capacity and materials readiness
  • Collaborate with operations, purchasing, logistics, and shop supervision on production goals
  • Utilize advanced Excel and data mining for capacity analysis and inventory management
  • Facilitate MRP/Kanban systems and work order management
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years planning experience in electro-mechanical or mechanical manufacturing/assembly
  • Proven experience with complex multi-layered BOMs and large assembly planning
  • Hands-on leadership of small planning teams
  • Advanced Excel skills and data analysis capabilities
  • Master scheduling and S&OP process experience
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience with MRP systems (Oracle Cloud)
  • Bachelor's degree; APICS certification a plus
