  • Write and distribute localized content, media pitches, bylined articles, and blog content.
  • Coordinate interviews, press briefings, speaking engagements, and media events.

Corporate Communications and Marketing Campaigns

  • Create and manage clear, consistent messaging across all public-facing materials consistent with our corporate messaging and brand for our subsidiary companies.
  • Support internal communications, marketing campaigns, and external conferences/events and trade shows by working with cross-functional internal teams.
  • Develop and manage messaging frameworks, media kits, and crisis communication playbooks based on our brand and messaging standards.
  • Work closely with leadership to prepare talking points, op-eds, presentations, and speeches.

Strategic Content, Storytelling, and Outreach

  • Target, do outreach and create relationships with important publications, bloggers, and journalists to ensure our brand and thought leaders are known and engaged in relevant conversations.
  • Identify opportunities for award submissions, thought leadership, and industry recognition to ensure we opportunistically take advantage of these branding and awareness opportunities.
  • Collaborate with our global social, product marketing, and content teams to amplify messages across channels.

Measurement & Analysis

  • Monitor media coverage and industry sentiment; provide regular reporting and analysis on PR and communications performance.
  • Leverage company and third-party tools for execution and to track outreach and impact.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Business, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in communications and/or PR, ideally in a tech company or agency serving tech clients.
  • Proven success in securing high-impact media coverage and managing strategic communications.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and messaging skills with a referenceable published work.
  • Strong understanding of media relations, storytelling, and brand positioning.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and work cross-functionally with global teams.
  • Experience working with executive teams and managing agency partners.
