Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of field experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
• Must comply with a rotational shift work schedule as this is a 24HR maintained facility.
• Physical ability to perform the duties of the position.
• Ability to respond quickly in emergency situations.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain chillers and steam boilers.
• Perform maintenance on air compressors and HVAC systems.
• Respond to fire alarms and elevator issues.
• Inspect plant equipment and maintain daily logs.
