Center Of Digital Enablement is the organization that supports digital hosting solution domains by providing reusable, automated and self-service services to speed up the adoption of these solutions.

In the role of Product Owner for Platform Console, you will be responsible for setting, prioritizing, and accepting the work generated by an agile engineering team. Our team delivers a web application that serves as an entry point offering customers a self-service experience, emphasizing modern design and user-friendly interfaces as well as the FinOps Stack, used to enable the showback and chargeback mechanisms.

The Opportunity

• Be responsible for the end to end delivery of a feature team, from gathering requirements to the release to production.

• Promote product excellence, value-driven prioritization and a healthy and transparent development lifecycle.

• Collaborate with product management to clarify priorities, define and communicate product vision, objectives, goals, and roadmap.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to define common processes and ensure alignment of provided features.

• Interface with product management and customers to elicit requirements, elaborate missing concepts and processes.

• Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure the proposed solution matches the requirements.

• Identify innovation opportunities, manage risks, and champion user-centric design.

• Manage backlog, from the definition of EPICs to its release in production.

Who you are

• You have a bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or comparable practical experience.

• 5+ years of experience in digital tools and platforms management, basic coding knowledge, and understanding of UX/UI design principles. Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is appreciated.

• You have a broad knowledge in delivering digital solutions, including Project Management, Stakeholder Management, Risk Management and Requirements Elicitation.

• You can seamlessly blend into agile frameworks like Scrum/SAFe (Certification beneficial)

• Capable of driving an engineering team toward value delivery

• Extremely well organized, equipped with excellent analytical skills.

• Good writing and solid communication skills.
