Job description

Overview

Print photos and produce in-lab products at our on-site mini-lab, delivering top-quality prints and personalized photo items to Costco members. You’ll assist members with ordering, handle register transactions, and ensure every product meets our high standards. Maintain a clean, safe, and well-stocked lab by refilling chemistry, performing equipment maintenance, and adhering to all safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Process and print member orders, run quality control strips, mix chemistry, and package finished products.
• Use mini-lab equipment to burn CDs / DVDs and adjust processes to ensure consistency and clarity in every print.
• Take professional ID photos, rotate stock, monitor silver recovery, and perform preventative maintenance on machines.
• Contribute to up-selling photo services and drive top-line sales through excellent member service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Experience with photo developing or photographic processes is an asset
• Proficiency in Windows and digital imaging software
• Ability to pass tests in Colour, Windows proficiency, and Photographic / Digital knowledge
• Strong customer service and cash-handling skills
