A leading logistics company in York Region is hiring for a Seasonal Package Handler/Switcher. The role involves movement of trailers and physical handling of packages in a safe manner. Ideal candidates should have strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment. No prior experience is needed, but six months as a package handler is preferred. This temporary position offers shifts from Tuesday to Saturday, 3:00 AM to 8:00 AM.
Responsible for the movement of trailers to and from the unload / load doors and throughout the yard. May also be responsible for the physical loading, unloading and/or sorting of packages by hand, including lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying and placing, in a safe and efficient manner.

No experience required; six (6) months of experience as a package handler or switching/CDL operator experience preferred.
