Salary: CAD $80,000 – $90,000 base + performance bonus

About the Role

As our Performance Marketing Manager, you’ll lead paid media strategy, execution, and optimization across Snore MD’s clinics and ecommerce brand. You’ll combine hands‑on performance expertise with strategic thinking, analytics, and AI‑driven tools to drive measurable patient bookings, online sales, and brand trust.

You’ll have the opportunity to fully own the performance marketing function, influence business strategy, and shape the way we reach and engage our audiences across multiple digital channels.

Paid Media Strategy & Execution

  • Develop, execute, and optimize multi‑channel campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and Display.
  • Plan and manage full‑funnel strategies guiding audiences from awareness → education → booking or purchase.
  • Own budget allocation, forecasting, pacing, and performance accountability.
  • Collaborate with the E‑commerce Manager on audience targeting, creative testing, and performance reporting.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, remarketing, and local clinic targeting.
  • Build and maintain a test‑and‑learn framework for creative, messaging, landing pages, and offers.
  • Leverage AI‑driven tools and platform automation to improve efficiency and results.

Analytics & Optimization

  • Own GA4 and Looker Studio dashboards for clinics and ecommerce.
  • Ensure accurate conversion tracking (forms, calls, bookings, transactions).
  • Report weekly and monthly KPIs including CPA, ROAS, and cost per booking.
  • Translate data into actionable insights for creative, messaging, targeting, and landing pages.
  • Deliver concise monthly “Growth Snapshot” reports highlighting results, learnings, and next steps.

Social Media Engagement & Brand Stewardship

  • Lead social media engagement and moderation, ensuring professional, timely responses.
  • Escalate customer care or clinical inquiries as needed.
  • Maintain consistent brand tone and visual standards.
  • Support content scheduling and coordinate paid social amplification aligned with campaigns.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Partner with the Content Manager to align campaign messaging, creative assets, and landing pages.
  • Collaborate with the E‑commerce Manager to align paid strategy and insights.
  • Work with clinic operations and regional leads to reflect local market needs.
  • Share cross‑channel learnings and best practices to continuously improve performance.

What You Bring to the Role

  • 5+ years of hands‑on experience managing paid and social media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and Display.
  • 2-3 Years supporting an Ecommerce business in a performance marketing capacity.
  • Strong proficiency in GA4, Looker Studio, and Google Tag Manager, with a track record of delivering actionable insights.
  • Proven success driving measurable conversions, improving ROAS, and lowering acquisition costs.
  • Experience owning budgets, forecasting, and overall campaign performance, ensuring accountability and results.
  • Comfort leveraging AI, automation, and modern marketing tools to scale performance efficiently.
  • Exceptional analytical and communication skills, translating complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Experience in multi‑location, healthcare, or regulated industries is a strong asset.
  • Familiarity with social media moderation and community management tools is preferred.
  • This role is remote within Alberta or British Columbia, with periodic travel and in‑person collaboration days at our Surrey Guildford office in BC.
  • Candidates must currently reside in Alberta or British Columbia to be considered for this position.
