What You'll Be Doing
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all aftermarket counter sales inquiries, providing prompt, professional, and knowledgeable customer support.
  • Assess customer needs and provide accurate product recommendations, substitutions, and technical guidance using HVAC aftermarket knowledge.
  • Prepare, process, and manage quotes and orders, ensuring pricing accuracy, availability, and timely fulfillment.
  • Coordinate with Warehouse and Logistics teams to ensure orders are picked, staged, delivered, or ready for customer pickup as required.
  • Manage multiple counter transactions simultaneously while maintaining organization, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to support revenue growth and enhance the customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotes, orders, and product requests within NetSuite.
  • Monitor recurring counter requests, backorders, and product gaps, and communicate insights to the Aftermarket Sales Manager to support inventory planning and process improvements.
  • Ensure all counter sales activities follow internal policies, pricing guidelines, and safety standards.
  • Build strong customer relationships through reliable service, technical expertise, and consistent follow-through.
  • Support training and knowledge sharing related to counter processes, products, and systems as needed.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.
What You Bring
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of three to five (3–5) years of experience in HVAC, construction, or a related technical industry. Experience specifically in HVAC aftermarket sales a strong asset.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with prior experience in a sales/customer service-based environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM/ERP systems preferred.
  • Effective organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills with both internal and external project stakeholders.
