Vous possédez une compréhension de l'entreprise et vous savez assurer la liaison entre l'entreprise et les TI mondiales/TI du Canada. Vous avez une compréhension approfondie de l'intention stratégique et des initiatives tactiques de l'entreprise, ainsi que la capacité d'influencer les fournisseurs et les partenaires (internes et externes) pour s'assurer que les exigences du secteur en matière de TI sont respectées. Vous êtes reconnu(e) comme expert (e) de la direction des TI et vous connaissez les différents partenariats d'affaires des TI dans la région dans un environnement matriciel avec des collègues qui assument implicitement la responsabilité de la gestion des relations d'affaires dans leur rôle. P. ex., chef de la prestation des services Canada.

Votre rôle au sein de l’équipe

Au sein de l’équipe des Technologies de l’information, vous relèverez du Vice-Président, Partenaire d’affaire TI mondial et vous aurez à:

  • Engager, Ă©tablir des relations avec les principaux intervenants d\'AtkinsRĂ©alis Canada, en aidant Ă  clarifier leur comprĂ©hension de la valeur que les TI peuvent apporter Ă  l\'ensemble de la communautĂ© des affaires.
  • Établir et entretenir des relations de confiance avec les dirigeants et les directeurs informatiques.
  • Renforcer les diverses politiques et les communications liĂ©es aux technologies de l\'information afin de s’assurer qu’elles sont comprises par toutes les parties prenantes de la rĂ©gion.
  • Agir Ă  titre d\'agent de communication et de changement lors de l\'explication du parcours de transformation de la TI. Point de contact unique pour la liaison avec les ressources et les fournisseurs de TI du Canada et des affaires et de l\'TI.
  • Aider au processus d\'appel d\'offres et tirer parti de l\'informatique en tant que service pour aider Ă  remporter des contrats.
  • Promouvoir l\'utilisation et l\'exploitation des TI et identifier les opportunitĂ©s de contribution de la technologie Ă  l\'efficacitĂ© opĂ©rationnelle.
  • Comprendre et appliquer les stratĂ©gies commerciales.
  • ApprĂ©ciation de la fonctionnalitĂ© opĂ©rationnelle sous-jacente aux systèmes de base et contribution Ă  la prise de dĂ©cisions sur les initiatives.

IT Business Partner Canada

Location – Montréal, QC

The IT Business Partner is required to develop an understanding of the business and act as a liaison between the Business and Global IT/Canada IT. An in-depth appreciation of strategic intent and tactical initiatives of the business will be required together with the ability to influence providers and partners (internal and external) to ensure the Sector IT requirements are met.

The individual would be recognized as the proxy for the IT leadership in the region and lead the IT Business Partnership in the region in a matrix environment with colleagues who have the Business Relationship Management responsibility implicitly in their role. E.g., Head of Service Delivery Canada.
