Job summary

A leading recruitment firm is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive sales and customer relationships across the GTA and East Region. The ideal candidate will possess over 5 years of sales experience in plumbing, mechanical, hydronics, or HVAC, coupled with strong communication and negotiation skills. Successful candidates will be responsible for managing customer accounts, conducting sales calls, and implementing strategies to grow sales and margins. A valid driver's license is also required.

Outside Sales Representative – GTA & East Region

We are seeking a driven and personable Outside Sales Representative to manage customer relationships, grow sales and margins, and develop new business across the GTA and East Region. The role focuses on Plumbing, Mechanical, Hydronics, and HVAC—expertise in at least two areas is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular in-person sales calls.

  • Grow accounts and prospect new business.

  • Understand customer needs to identify sales opportunities.

  • Implement strategies to achieve sales and margin goals.

  • Provide market insights and customer feedback to management.

  • Coordinate with internal teams (Branch, Quotations, Project Management, Credit).

  • Participate in industry events to stay current with trends.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of successful sales experience in related products.

  • Post-secondary education or equivalent experience.

  • Proven sales, communication, and negotiation skills.

  • Strong time management and organizational abilities.

  • Proficiency in MS Office.

  • Valid driver’s license.
