What You’ll Do
  • Proactively prospect and cold call decision-makers in target industries
  • Confidently pitch our services and handle objections like a pro
  • Move prospects through the pipeline and close deals consistently
  • Track and manage leads in our CRM (HubSpot) with precision
  • Hit and exceed monthly sales targets
Must-Have

We will only consider applicants who meet all of the following:

  • 1+ year sales experience (B2B preferred)
  • Proven ability to sell services (not just products)
  • Comfortable with cold calling and high-volume prospecting
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated closing ability — you know how to create urgency and win the deal
  • Resilient, coachable, and open to feedback
Nice-to-Have
  • College diploma or degree (preferred)
  • CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Strong objection-handling skills without getting defensive
  • Quick thinker in fast-paced environments
  • Contact center or SaaS sales experience

Technical Requirements (Remote Setup)
  • Device: Windows 11 Pro (Intel i5-13th/14th Gen / Ryzen 5 7000) or Mac (M2/M3, macOS Ventura or later) with 16GB RAM (32GB preferred) and 256GB+ SSD
  • Monitors: 2 for desktops, 1 extra for laptops
  • Network: Wired Ethernet (Cat6), 100 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload minimum
  • Accessories: Wired USB headset and webcam (no Bluetooth/phone)
  • Guideline: Device should be dedicated primarily to work use
  • Security: All devices used for work must have antivirus software installed
