Qualifications

• 2-5 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Minimum of three to five years of previous manufacturing experience, preferably in chemical manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee performance through development and training.
• Identify safety hazards and control them effectively.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with the Production Planner.
• Drive plant housekeeping to ensure audit readiness.
• Assist in creating documents for operational efficiency.
• Work closely with Operations Manager to reduce manufacturing costs.
