• Proven experience owning HR operations end‑to‑end.
• Prior experience supervising or supporting direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the on‑site HR lead managing employee relations.
• Own HR administration maintaining employee files and compliance.
• Support and troubleshoot Dayforce during go-live.
• Manage the Office Coordinator through effective delegation.
• Support payroll flow for Canada and the US.
• Liaise with global consultants to support cross-border needs.
• Lead HR projects and maintain visibility across the facility.
