A leading project controls firm is seeking an Intermediate Cost and Schedule Analyst located in Mattawa, ON, for a 12-month contract role. The successful candidate will engage in comprehensive monthly project performance reporting, cost forecasting, and support earned value management. Ideal applicants should have 3–7 years of relevant experience, strong analytical and communication abilities, and be proficient in tools such as SAP and EcoSys. Relocation assistance is available.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in cost analysis, forecasting, project controls, or scheduling.
• Experience supporting industrial, energy, power generation, utilities, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of cost control, forecasting, earned value management, and variance analysis.
• Proven ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver comprehensive monthly project updates covering cost and schedule.
• Track and maintain accurate logs of internal purchase orders and expenditures.
• Develop and update monthly cost forecasts using actuals and forecasts-to-complete.
• Support earned value preparation for client governance meetings.
• Collaborate with various teams for accurate reports and visualizations.
