Shared Health leads the planning and coordinates the integration of patient-centered clinical and preventive health services across Manitoba. The organization also delivers some province-wide health services and supports centralized administrative and business functions for Manitoba health organizations.

Position Overview
  • Maintain employee data in HR/Payroll system.
  • Enter timekeeping data for Provincial HR Shared Services staff.
  • Handle and distribute incoming mail.
  • Mail cheques to staff.
  • Scan and print documents for employee files.
  • Resolve incoming employee requests such as nursing hours and letter of employment.
  • Provide support to all areas of Provincial HR Shared Services.
  • Other job duties as assigned.
Experience
  • Previous experience working within HR/payroll systems.
  • Proficiency with computerized systems (Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint) required.
  • Experience working with high volumes of data-entry required.
Education (Degree/Diploma/Certificate)
  • Complete high school education, Manitoba Standards, required.
  • Administrative Office Assistant diploma, preferred.
Qualifications And Skills
  • Typing speed: minimum of 55 wpm.
Physical Requirements
  • Required to work for long periods of time at a computer.
