The Office Assistant will be a key member of our team and the “director of first impressions” for our customers and guests to our office. A positive attitude, willingness to help the team and providing exceptional customer service are key to being successful in this role.
The Office Assistant will be responsible for reception duties, general administrative tasks, and assisting the accounting department and management team.
You are someone with 1 to 2 years experience with Front Office/Receptionist duties, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, comfortable with QuickBooks Enterprise and have a solid understanding of basic accounting principles. You are an excellent communicator, who consistently demonstrates professional phone etiquette and email correspondence.
