Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Office Administrator to support the daily operations of our home care agency in Rochester. This role plays a vital part in maintaining the administrative functions necessary for delivering high-quality, compliant care. The Office Administrator will ensure that all operational and documentation procedures meet state regulatory standards and support overall agency efficiency.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the main contact for the Rochester office.
  • Keep the office clean, organized, and professional.
  • Monitor and replenish office supplies and equipment.
  • Prepare the office for audits, inspections, and visits from clients or senior personnel.
  • Welcome and assist visitors to ensure a positive experience.
  • Collaborate with remote teams (HR, IT, Finance, etc.) to address on-site requirements.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and communications.
  • Support administrative duties such as scheduling, data entry, and filing.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and safety regulations.
  • Manage basic facility upkeep or coordinate with external vendors as needed.
The Ideal Candidate
  • Must reside in Rochester, NY
  • Previous experience in office administration or facility management is preferred.
