Job Overview:
P2 Realty Inc. is seeking a motivated and professional Real Estate Sales Representative to join our team at the Midhurst Valley Sales Office in Lindsay. As a key front-line representative, you will be responsible for supporting prospective buyers through the new home purchasing process, maintaining a high level of customer service, and ensuring the smooth operation of the sales office.
This is a Full Time-based position with varying hours (2–5 days per week) based on developer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist all clients in a professional, courteous, and knowledgeable manner
- Accurately register all visitors upon entry to the sales office
- Prepare, collect, and review all required documentation and cheques when finalizing sales
- Print and prepare correct forms for purchaser signatures
- Verify mortgage pre-approvals with lenders for every sale
- Ensure timely and accurate collection of Tarion forms and date inputs
- Circulate daily reports as per Manager's requirements
- Make follow-up calls to all non-purchasing visitors from the previous week
- Contact purchasers on the NSF (Non-Sufficient Funds) list to arrange payments and notify lawyers
- Maintain a clean and presentable sales office environment (e.g., stocked coffee bar, no visible storage or clutter)
- Address and escalate any on-site service or technical issues with third-party trades or suppliers
- Submit vacation requests two weeks in advance to Head Office for approval and ensure coverage
- Maintain visibility and cleanliness of all site signage (A-frames)
- Adhere to professional dress code/uniform requirements, as applicable
Qualifications:
Required:
- Valid Real Estate License (RECO) in good standing
- Previous experience in new home or pre-construction sales
- Strong knowledge of real estate documentation and sales processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High level of professionalism and customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
Preferred:
- Experience with Tarion Warranty forms and builder documentation
- Familiarity with real estate CRM systems and reporting tools
- Experience working directly with developers or homebuilders
