A leading IT Solutions Provider is seeking an experienced Network Analyst – Phone Deployment to join their team in Vancouver. The candidate should have over 4 years of relevant experience in phone deployment, troubleshooting, and effective communication skills. The role involves disconnecting old phones, deploying new ones, and managing cables to ensure seamless functionality. This position is on-site for a term of three months, starting September 2025.

Position Title: Network Analyst – Phone Deployment

Location: Vancouver, BC

Overview:

Charter is currently seeking one (1) experienced Network Analyst – Phone Deployment to join our team starting September 2025. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience as a Network Analyst or in equivalent roles, focusing on phone deployment, disconnecting old phones, deploying new phones, testing/verifying phone functionality, managing cables, and providing end-user training. Previous experience in phone deployment projects would be a great asset. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities are required. Location: Vancouver, BC and the surrounding area, (Onsite) Term: Three (3) months.

Qualifications and Experience:

• 4+ years of experience as a Network Analyst or in equivalent roles, focusing on phone deployment
• Experience disconnecting old phones, deploying new phones, testing/verifying phone functionality, managing cables, and providing end-user training on the new phones.
• Experience tracking phone asset information (model/SN).
• Experience performing basic phone troubleshooting.
• Experience providing updates/reports on deployment progress.
• Previous experience in phone deployment projects would be a great asset.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) in English is required.
• Must be authorized to work in Canada.
