Responsibilities
  • As a NetSuite Administrator, you will be responsible for the performance and optimization of NetSuite modules. Working closely with cross-functional teams serving as the expert on the NetSuite platform, this role requires a strong understanding of business operational processes, along with excellent technical, analytical and communication skills to support internal stakeholders to understand, apply and optimize the power and capabilities of NetSuite to business requirements.
  • Be the primary NetSuite point of contact and subject matter expert for end-users.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into system enhancements, customizations, and configurations.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Collaborate to understand business needs and design, configure, develop, test, and implement solutions from both the technical and business perspective.
  • Responsible for system and user documentation, troubleshooting, data management, and user support.
  • Perform ongoing maintenance and optimization of NetSuite modules.
  • Develop and implement custom workflows, saved searches, reports, and dashboards to support business operations and improve efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, including process flows, system configurations, and user training guides.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, system errors, and performance bottlenecks.
  • Stay up to date with NetSuite enhancements and support the implementation of system upgrades and communicate updates to internal stakeholders and users.
What it takes to be successful in the role
  • Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting or Business Information Systems.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
