Apprenticeship Program Outline:

During the National Apprenticeship program, you will learn:

  1. Level 1: Online Factory OEM Training, Introduction to Paint and Prep Training from BASF, I-CAR Steel Welding Test
  2. Level 2: Online OEM Training, Base Clear Coat Training from BASF, I-CAR Mig Brazing Training
  3. Level 3: In-Person Factory OEM Training, Colour Adjustment Training from BASF, I-CAR Aluminum Certification

  • Nova Scotia: Dartmouth
Eligibility
  • First, Second, Third, or Fourth Year Registered Autobody or Paint Technician apprenticeship in progress
  • A current valid driver's license & proof of acceptable driving abstract are required
