A healthcare organization in New Brunswick is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide holistic nursing care and collaborate with other healthcare providers. The position demands effective communication, a strong work ethic, and adherence to patient confidentiality. Candidates must be registered in New Brunswick and demonstrate competencies in decision making and teamwork. This role is crucial for ensuring patient safety and quality care, offering a supportive and inclusive work environment.
To promote, facilitate, and provide holistic nursing care to the patient and his/her significant others and to assist in the achievement of optimal health during wellness, acute illness, illness, or during the process of dying. The RN is responsible for the overall direction of nursing care and works in a collaborative relationship with other providers of nursing care.
If a candidate’s primary language of communication is not English, an English Language Proficiency Evaluation is required for all postings (Reading, Writing and Oral).
