About this Opportunity

Our Kingston office is growing and is seeking a full-time Mechanical Project Coordinator who must be skilled, detail oriented, and result focused. The Mechanical Project Coordinator will be responsible for institutional and industrial projects. Duties to include planning, organizing, coordinating, and supporting technical workflow on assigned construction projects related to the electrical and mechanical field. The successful candidate will report directly to the Project Manager.

Duties and responsibilities
  • Assist the Project Manager to ensure project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards are in accordance with company policy and contract specifications.
  • Assist in planning and preparing construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress against established timelines.
  • Build and maintain customer and supplier / vendor relationships.
  • Prepare progress reports and issue progress schedules to clients.
  • Trade and subcontractor coordination.
  • Document control.
  • Purchase supplies and materials as required to complete project.
  • Ensure site is operating in accordance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

Education requirements
