Position Overview

We are seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist within our Revenue Operations team. This role acts as the strategic bridge between RevOps and Marketing, ensuring that the marketing team has the operational frameworks, governance, and systems needed to run campaigns effectively while staying aligned with company-wide revenue processes.

You will be the guardian of marketing operations health within the broader RevOps function, owning frameworks, processes, and data integrity that empower marketing while maintaining cross-functional alignment. This means every new initiative, campaign, or tool must not only make sense for marketing, but also fit seamlessly into our revenue operations ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure that HubSpot and other martech tools connect seamlessly with the broader RevOps tech stack, driving data integrity, attribution accuracy, and cross-team visibility.
  • Design and implement automation frameworks (scoring models, segmentation, nurtures, workflows) in alignment with RevOps system architecture.
  • Partner with the Systems & Automation Specialist and Sales/RevOps stakeholders to evaluate and integrate new technologies.
  • Take a hands-on role for complex or strategic builds where deep marketing and revenue knowledge is required.
  • Develop and maintain playbooks, SOPs, and training so marketers can confidently execute campaigns (landing pages, forms, emails) independently.
  • Define and enforce rules of engagement: Marketing executes their campaigns, while Marketing Ops ensures the systems and frameworks make that possible.
  • Act as a consultant and problem-solver: spot gaps, troubleshoot issues, and proactively recommend systemic improvements.
  • Support Rev Ops and other teams in operationalizing multi-channel, strategic campaigns.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports (HubSpot, Looker) to track pipeline performance, ROI, and operational KPIs.
  • Provide actionable insights into funnel conversion, attribution, and campaign performance.
  • Proactively surface findings so marketing can optimize their strategies.
  • Own the marketing operations governance model within RevOps: intake, prioritization, SLAs, and compliance.
  • Lead process audits and optimizations across marketing operations to ensure scalability and efficiency.
  • Act as the voice of operational excellence, ensuring marketing has both the freedom and the guardrails to succeed.
Requirements
  • 3+ years in Marketing Operations, Marketing Technology, or Revenue Operations.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot and strong knowledge of martech workflows.
  • Deep understanding of lead lifecycle management, attribution models, and campaign tracking.
  • Experience designing automation workflows, segmentation, and reporting frameworks.
  • Analytical mindset with preferred skills in Looker, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to advise marketing stakeholders and collaborate with technical specialists.
  • Ability to translate marketing needs into scalable processes that align with sales, CS, and revenue reporting.
