We are seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist based in our Milton Office location to join the Marketing & Branding team. This is a fully on-site role.

Your future team:
  • You will join the Marketing Team, where our aim is to generate leads and convert these leads into opportunities for sales in North America. Working closely with key stakeholders in Sales and Marketing for North America, you will enhance our digital marketing strategies.
What you will be doing:

Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining data integrity, documenting processes, creating guides and aligning global stakeholders to achieve our collective goals.

  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to execute high-impact lead generation campaigns, including form setup, gated content creation, and performance monitoring in Marketo.
  • Journey Mapping & Campaign Management.
  • Create and optimize customer journey workflows in Marketo, ensuring alignment with marketing goals and customer needs.
  • Ensure all email communications are mobile‑friendly and optimized for conversion.
  • Manage the email creation process, including building templates, A/B testing subject lines, and scheduling emails within Marketo.
  • Collaborate with other Digital Marketing Specialists to ensure integration of automation tools for various customer stakeholders.
  • End-to-end testing for all campaigns to ensure cross‑platform integration.
  • Analyze compliance metrics, monitor performance, and ensure data integrity to optimize email campaigns and lead generation efforts across platforms.
  • Ensure all email communications are mobile‑friendly and optimized for conversion.
What you bring:
  • 2+ years of experience with marketing automation tools, including program optimization, lead scoring, and campaign management.
  • Email marketing experience (basic HTML, data management knowledge, email marketing best practices, content writing).
  • Proven success in a Lead Management role or Marketing Automation.
  • Previous experience in journey mapping and campaign tracking including identifying lead sources, defining lead stages, and setting criteria for each stage.
  • Campaign execution skills (mapping, testing, monitoring, data analytics, A/B testing).
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with global stakeholders, ensuring consistent implementation of lead management strategies.
  • Proven track record of making data‑driven decisions to improve lead performance.
  • Experience with CRM (Dynamics) and Marketo is a plus.
