From scroll-stopping Instagram and TikTok posts to high converting email campaigns and more, we manage every part of the digital marketing funnel so our clients can focus on what they do best: hospitality. This is an entry-level Marketing Assistant role focused on supporting the Account Management team with day-to-day marketing execution for our clients in social media and email.
Responsibilities
- Social Media Content Execution: assist in creating and scheduling engaging Instagram Reels and carousels, and cross-posting to client Facebook and TikTok accounts.
- Instagram Stories Management: design and publish Stories to promote engagement, drive email sign-ups, and direct traffic to client websites.
- Email Marketing Support: help design and schedule weekly email campaigns following best practices.
- Brand Alignment: ensure content, visuals, and copy align with each client’s brand identity and guidelines.
- Community Management: respond to comments and DMs and encourage audience engagement in a manner consistent with the client’s voice.
- Data Collection & Reporting: gather weekly performance data from social media, email platforms, and website analytics.
- Quality Assurance: assist in testing marketing funnel assets, including landing pages, email automations, and websites.
- General Team Support: provide administrative and project support to the Account Management team and other internal departments as needed.
Qualifications
- Must-Have: strong Canva skills, eye for clean, on-brand design; strong organizational and time-management abilities; proactive, detail-oriented, and a collaborative team player; willingness to learn and accept feedback; interest in travel, hospitality, or helping small businesses grow.
- Good to Have: prior experience in social media marketing/management; experience with scheduling tools like Meta Business Suite; experience with email marketing.
