Your creativity and organizational skills will be key as you handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism. If you have strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills and are proficient in social media management and marketing tools, we want to hear from you!

About the Role, Benefits & Perks:
  • Full-time and Part-time hours based on season.
  • Winter-early spring: 20 hours per week.
  • Spring – Fall: 30 hours per week, with extra hours for events.
  • $24–$28 per hour based on experience.

The Perfect Candidate:
  • Bachelor’s degree or previous experience in a related field.
  • Experience in marketing, events, hospitality, or golf industry.
  • Proficiency in WIX, Canva, email marketing tools, and basic graphic design.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong organization and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work evenings/weekends for events.
  • Comfortable handling payments and invoices.
Responsibilities Include:

Marketing & Communications

  • Update and maintain the WIX website.
  • Create and send marketing emails to members and the public.
  • Design wedding guides, pricing sheets, posters, and other materials using Canva.
  • Manage social media content on Instagram and Facebook.
  • Identify opportunities to increase marketing reach, sales, and efficiency.

Event Coordination – Weddings & Groups

  • Coordinate weddings, celebrations, golf, and restaurant groups.
  • Develop menus, timelines, and activity plans.
  • Collect deposits, payments, and issue invoices.
  • Communicate details to kitchen and service staff.
  • Ensure smooth execution of all events.

Club Events & Promotions

  • Organize, publish, and promote club events.
  • Manage ticket sales for comedy nights, live music, and trivia.
  • Host events onsite (welcome guests, scan tickets).
  • Plan and support Men’s and Ladies Nights, including scoring, prizes, and communications.

Major Annual Event

  • Lead the large outdoor music party: book musicians, manage budget, plan, promote, and work onsite.

Operations & Administration

  • Maintain event calendars and timelines.
  • Brief staff on food, drink, and service timing.
  • Prepare post-event and seasonal reports.
  • Improve communication and operational efficiency.
